A cooler Sunday morning provided an excellent opportunity to visit Bartlett Park for the annual Arts in Bartlett Festival.  Building Community through the Arts is their web page slogan.  Those who arrived early Sunday were treated to many Arts type things.  Not the least among them, Music, community and of course art.
